思い出の酒
今回フェアーを行っているビールフェアーだが企画も然ることながらその味わいにも
お客様から好評を頂いている、そもそも何故このビールにしようかと決めたのには
個人的な思い入れも少し入っている訳でありまして話は今から１０年以上に遡ります、
僕には今までワインの愛し方を助言!?してくれたいわゆる師匠（勝手に思い込んでるだけですが）が二人います、都内のイタリアンで当時その一人の師匠の下でワイン三昧だった頃ある日
試飲会に行くぞ！
と言われ訳も分からず付いて行ったところにこの生ビールとの最初の出会いだった。二人してこれは「うまい！」という事で店で使うこにした。黒ビールの洗浄は大変だったたが毎日お疲れさんビールとして休みの前に日になるとスタッフ皆で朝まで生ビールを一樽飲み干したものだ。
月日も経ちソムリエとして初めてワインリストの作成まで任せて貰っていたある日何気なく業者のカタログを見ているとなんとそこはあの時飲んだビールがあるではないか！小瓶ではあったが懐かしさのあまり思わず買ってしまった６年振りの再会だ！飲んだ！やっぱりうまい！そして今また３回目の出会いに嬉しく思うと同時にこのビールを通してあの頃の甘くそしてやりきれない程の切なさのほろ苦い思い出が甦る。

～ケストリッツァー シュヴァルツビア～
文豪ゲーテも愛した黒ビール。ローストした大麦麦芽と良質のホップを使用、強い苦味は無くクリ－ミーな泡とビターチョコのような苦味と甘味のバランスのよいこくのある味わいが特徴。とても飲みやすい黒ビールです。本場のドイツの人が「これはうまい」と言った黒ビール。ヨーロッパNO1のシェアを誇ります。
